All cores sent to us must be rebuildable or additional
charges will apply.
The following requirements for an acceptable core or 
exchange unit are as follows. 
NOTE: DISASSEMBLED CORES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.

• CONDITION: The core must be in good condition. Any cores with
  broken parts, excessive rust or damage are subject to a partial refund
  if the condition can be corrected. If core is beyond repair, no refund
  will be given. Additional charges may apply.
• COMPLETENESS: The core must be complete. Any missing parts
  will be deducted from the core value. In some cases the core may be
  unacceptable if incomplete.
• WEAR: If the core is worn beyond normal allowable standards and
  cannot be rebuilt, no refund will be issued and core will be returned to
  you at your request. If core can be repaired, a partial refund will be
  issued or additional charges may apply.

Windshields, radiators, manifolds, rear ends, engine blocks, 
etc. may require a crating charge. These items must be sent
